Sunset Sanctuary Yoga in the West Court

Enjoy a guided mindful walk, gentle yoga session, drum circle and drum bath - and all with the beautiful Hardwick Hall as backdrop.

Accessibility

This event is held on short flat grass. There is accessible parking and toilets available in the Stableyard. There will be toilets open closer to the West Court for visitors to use if needed.

Meeting point

Please meet at the main Hardwick car park. Angie, the Yoga instructor, will be there to meet you. It will be a 7 minute walk to get to the West Court from there.

Suitability for children

Only suitable for adults.

What to bring and wear

Wear comfy layers, footwear that’s easy to remove if you choose to go barefoot, bring a yoga mat, blanket, and anything you need to be comfortable.
