It’s 9 September 1651. The young King Charles II has just suffered a crushing defeat at the Battle of Worcester. On the run and hunted by Parliamentary forces, he arrives at Moseley Old Hall under the cover of darkness. But nearby, a band of Scottish soldiers has made camp…
Join us for a dramatic Living History Weekend as members of the Sealed Knot re-enact the tension, danger, and daily life of this critical moment in English history. Witness soldiers drill with pike and musket, hear the drums of war, and step into the world of 17th-century civilians and artisans.
