Seasonal garden walk at Powis Castle and Garden
Join one of our volunteers on a guided walk to the formal garden to find out a little more about its fascinating history and enjoy the last of the beautiful blossom on the century-old apple trees.

Powis Castle’s magnificent gardens truly come to life in the springtime. As we welcome the warmer weather you’ll see a splash of colour around every corner. Enjoy a walk in the company of our knowledgeable volunteer and learn more about the history of Powis' world famous gardens. Explore the formal garden and enjoy spring favourites from the beautiful but fleeting blossom to the wonderful wisteria.
The guided walks will be available on Sunday and Tuesday at various times throughout the day. A schedule will be advertised at the garden entrance on the day. Walks will last approximately 30 minutes.

Please meet at the entrance to the garden 5 minutes before the start of the tour.
- What to bring and wear
Please dress for the weather. The walk will be on gravel paths but suitable outdoor footwear is recommended.

This walk will include steps.

This guided walk is free but usual admission fees apply to enter the garden. Free to members. In the event of bad weather this tour may not take place.
