- Free event (admission applies)
The dancers will be performing in the garden on and off throughout the day. We have plenty of picnic blankets for you to use to sit and enjoy their performances. The Hampshire Regency Dancers are based in Winchester and meet to to learn the Country Dances, Cotillions and Quadrilles danced by Jane Austen and her contemporaries. Their aim is to promote, practise and enjoy the dances from the late Georgian and Regency periods, circa 1775-1830; and to have fun while doing so.
The dancers have featured as actors and as themselves across a wide range of film and TV.
