Camp out under the stars on Exmoor

Stargazing

Fancy a guided tour of the stars on the edge of Exmoor and the Bristol Channel, followed by a night under canvas to experience dark skies at their finest?

The night starts with an indoor multimedia presentation by an astronomer, followed by guided stargazing through telescopes, and optional camping in one of our bell tents or on our gorgeous wild(ish) site. We should get sight of Saturn, Mars, Andromeda, other star clusters, the moon, as well as the distant lights of Neath & Port Talbot…
The planetarium show in the lambing shed starts at 6:30pm, followed by the guided tour of the skies (weather permitting!) that will wrap up around 8pm (at which point you’re welcome to hang out by the fire until you’re tired).
