Live Local, Love Winkworth

Face painting

Please note, due to the current situation Live Local, Love Winkworth won't be going ahead this year.

Please note the information below is for 2019: Live Local, Love Winkworth won't be taking place during 2020.

Come and join the party

The National Trust is waiving the entrance fee for the day, so everyone can enjoy the party atmosphere. It's the perfect chance to come and explore Winkworth and discover some new local charities and companies.

Stallholders

We'll be joined by a whole host of brilliant stallholders from the surrounding community, each bringing with them local crafts, produce or charities.

Cake available at the café at Sheringham Park

Tasty treats

Enjoy delicious local food on your wanders around the Arboretum. With home made chocolate and cake, popcorn, sauces and nut butters to choose from, you're sure to find a new favourite. Meanwhile, our cafe will be open throughout the day offering cooling drinks and ice creams along with lunch time meals and snacks.

Birds of prey

All creatures great and small

Come and meet fluffy friends first hand throughout the day. We'll have flying displays by Huxley's Birds of Prey and visitors from Dunreyth Alpacas. Perfect for animal lovers of all ages.

On the day

The Arboretum will be open to visitors from 11am–4pm. Parking will be available onsite, organised by our team of volunteers. Entry is free to everyone.

You're welcome to bring your dog, as long as you keep them on a lead.

Anyone can explore the arboretum, though some areas are more accessible than others. The main paths are hard-surfaced to accomodate wheelchairs and pushcahirs, but they can get muddy during wet weather. If you're planning to go on a longer walk around the Arboretum, bring sturdy shoes and some of the paths are steep.
