Rainy days at Wray Castle

Looking down the stairs in the Peter Rabbit Adventure

Don't let a wet day in the Lakes dampen your spirits, here at Wray we have loads to entertain the family indoors. There's plenty of space for creative play, and everyday children's activities are included in the admission price.

Just so you know...

The Peter Rabbit Adventure rooms

Step into the cBeebies Peter Rabbit stories as you make your way through the Peter Rabbit Adventure rooms which you'll find upstairs in the castle. Help to get dinner ready in the kitchen or get comfortable on the bed with one of Beatrix Potter's original tales. In the garden, lend Mr McGregor a hand by picking vegetables, then nestle down in the treehouse and relax watching the cBeebies Peter Rabbit series.

Build your own castle

Building and demolishing DIY castles built with foam blocks is a great family favourite. Take inspiration from the castle's quirky architectural features to create your own Gothic masterpiece.
