There is an accessible toilet beside visitor reception.
Designated parking
There are designated blue badge spaces in the car park.
Drop-off point
Visitors attending house tours can be dropped off at the front door of the mansion.
Induction loop
There is an induction loop available at visitor reception.
Level access/terrain
The lake walk is mostly level and is suitable for mobility scooters. There is an incline from the car park to the lake walk.
Narrow corridors
Some corridors in the house are narrow, however, alternative routes are available if required.
Powered mobility vehicle available
We have a powered mobility scooter available for visitors to use. Please book ahead by calling 028 6632 2690.
Ramped access/slopes
There is ramped access available at the front of the mansion.
Seating available
There is seating available across the site and extra seating is available in the mansion.
Stairclimber
There is a stairclimber available in the mansion to gain access to the basement. Please let visitor reception know if you require its use.
Steps/uneven terrain
There are steps from the tunnel yard outside visitor reception to the front of the house. However, there is a step-free route as well. There is a step into the exhibition areas and bookshop in the grand yard.
Transfer available
There is a buggy onsite that can be used to transfer visitors to the mansion for tours. Please ask in visitor reception if required.
Virtual tour
There is a recorded video tour available in the breakfast room for those who cannot use the stairs to the first floor. There are also photo albums available to view.

By road
On (A4) Belfast to Enniskillen Road. Main estate entrance is located across the road from the Ardhowen Theatre. One-way system in operation. Entrance to the estate will only be available via the Main Entrance on the Dublin Road with the exit through the Town End gate onto the Castle Coole Road.
Parking: Parking available at Grand Yard Car Park only.
