For the first time we are happy to have the British Wildlife Photography Awards at Ormesby Hall. The photographs capture the beauty and diversity of British wildlife, with the collection showcasing both professional and amateur photographers from across the country.

Father's Day

We are delighted to be joined on Sunday 20 June by Northern singer Conor Mellor to entertain you with a wide variety of your favourites. The Thirsty Horse will also be with us to celebrate Father's Day with their Brew dog mobile bar and enjoy a treat from Grange Hog Roast. So bring the family to enjoy live music and be together on this special day.

Love Local at Ormesby Hall

On Sunday 11 July we are celebrating everything local with our Love Local event at Ormesby Hall. There will be a range of small local businesses and charity stalls selling crafts, food and more. This is a free for the public to enter event. If you run a small business, local charity, community enterprise or social group why not get in touch about having a stall at this event. Classic Car and Motor Show

Sunday 15 August will see the return of the popular Classic Car and Motor Show in partnership with Teesside Yesteryear Motor Club. The show will feature a range of classic and modern vehicles. Along with Cleveland Blood Bikes, HM Redcar Coastguard and other vehicle related organisations and charities. Food stalls will also be available.

There is no need to pre-book your visit.

The garden, natural play area, parts of the house, British Wildlife Photography exhibition, cafe (takeaway only) at Ormesby Hall are open Thursday - Monday (Monday - Sunday in school holidays). Normal admission applies. We have plenty of space to visit, so no need to book.

Eating at Ormesby Hall 

Our café has reopened for takeaway only and will initially be serving a limited range of takeaway hot and cold drinks and some light snacks. We’ve introduced new safety measures including the closure of our indoor seating area, screens at our till and collection points, and waymarked routes. We look forward to welcoming you back and know that you’ll support us to make this a safe experience for everyone.
