Tiger children’s trail

Join us at Bateman’s this October half term on our exciting new autumn Tiger Trail as we set the children off on a hunt around the garden to win a prize. 

  • £2.50 per trail, including a prize
  • Daily from Sat 19 Oct, Sun 3 Nov, 10am - 4pm

Tiger and pumpkin crafts

Get crafty by making your own tiger and pumpkin themed items to take home with you.  

  • Crafts from £2.50.
  • Wed 30 & Thu 31 Oct 11am – 4pm.

50 things to do before your 11 ¾. 

If you'd rather just enjoy the fresh air you can take a stroll through the grounds and even tick off some of your 50 things to do before you’re 11 ¾.  And don't forget that if the weather's not on your side, the Mulberry tea-room are open all week for tasty treats and warming drinks.

Get into the spirit of Halloween with our spooky spider decorations, hanging pumpkins and ghoulish treats. We have horror pops and chocolate frogs, as well as costumes for your little ones.

Tasty treats 

Our Mulberry tea room is a lovely spot to stop by for a bite to eat a warming drink and slice of homemade cake. Over half term there enjoy a tiger themed tea to celebrate all that is stripey.
