Hello spring...

"In spring, everything is full of promise...." - Charles Lanman. It's a season when fresh new vegetables are available such as spring greens, cabbage, cauliflower and leeks. Our kitchen team will weave their magic with all this new bounty to produce seasonal soups and stews. All dishes are freshly prepared using seasonal and locally sourced ingredients where possible. Treat yourself by trying one of Sue's puds and desserts that are just like my gran used to make.
