Locally sourced

Our café is paired with Calke Abbey, so the majority of our food comes to us freshly made from Calke every day.

Our other suppliers are sourced as locally as possible – from the bread baked daily in Ashby to the chocolate we source from the nearby village of Melbourne. We like to keep things local.
