Locally sourced

Our café is paired with Calke Abbey, so the majority of our food comes to us freshly made from Calke every day. An abundance of produce is home-grown or reared on the Calke estate and used in the kitchen.

Our other suppliers are sourced as locally as possible – from the bread baked daily in Ashby to the chocolate we source from the nearby village of Melbourne. We like to keep things local.
