Autumn Bat Trail

Join us for our Autumn Bat Trail. Your young explorers can search the parkland looking for our hidden bats, answering questions as they go, and becoming Bat Experts! Remember your wellies and wrap up warm.

Why not dress to impress and wear your favourite creepy costume? We'd love to see plenty of little ghouls, ghosts and goblins having fun.

Stretch your legs

There are lots of places for the kids to run around and stretch their legs and kick the autumn leaves. Exploring the spinney, playing hide and seek in the green court or going for a bracing walk in the parkland. Look for conkers and embrace all the joys of autumn.

In the house

Inside the house there's plenty to see and plenty of stories to discover. 500 years of history from Tudor farm house to Victorian mansion await. Find out more about visiting the house here.

Treat yourself

When you have finished your day with us, remember to pop into the coach house shop to pick up a memento of your visit. Or warm up with a hot chocolate or light lunch from the tea-kiosk. Every penny spent in our shop and tea-room helps us to continue caring for Canons Ashby today and for the future.
