Get stuck in with the Canons Ashby garden team
If you love gardens and gardening there are some great choices awaiting you at Canons Ashby. You could attend our upcoming experience day, or just support us by visiting the gardens for a stroll. Or as a volunteer, helping to maintain our beautiful gardens and grounds. All of these activities support and contribute to the care and upkeep of this very special place.
Whether you're an experienced gardener or an aspiring novice, join us for a stimulating and rewarding garden experience day on Thursday 7th June. Work with our garden team learning all about how we look after our plants and trees in the changing seasons.
Get green-fingered learning how we care for our plants and trees. Help to change our flower beds from spring to summer and keep our Victorian formal garden looking is best. There'll be a variety of different tasks, as well as the opportunity to ask our team your questions.
You can also enjoy a delicious lunch and refreshment breaks with our garden team and go home with a plant grown at Canons Ashby and couple of souvenirs of your day.
This fundraising event will help us continue looking after our these beautiful historic gardens.The cost is £80 and the event runs from 10 am to 4 pm. Book here today.
Alternatively, you can support the gardens, get active and meet new people by joining our team of friendly garden volunteers. You don't have to be a gardening expert: just keen and willing to give it a go with the instruction of our garden team.
