Easter adventures in nature

Our Easter trail runs from 9th - 24th April 2022, between 9am - 5pm, with last entry at 4pm and costs £3 per pack (admission prices also apply), so come and explore the parkland at Charlecote Park.

At the start of your Easter adventures in nature trail, pick up your activity pack to find the bespoke trail you’re going to follow. Find and complete the 10 nature-inspired activities that are hiding along the way. Leap like a deer, listen to nature's orchestra, and burst into life, are just some of the activities you can experience at Charlecote Park. Finish the trail and collect your Rainforest Alliance chocolate egg or an allergen-free alternative at the end (where available).

No need to book - just turn up and have fun!

Other helpful information

Dogs: Are welcome on this trail, providing they are on short leads at all times. Please continue to pick up after your dog to help the help look after the wildlife and livestock in the parkland.

Our free-roaming deer and sheep are heavily pregnant at this time of year. Please watch and photograph them from a good distance on the pathways and keep dogs under close control so as not to stress the livestock - thank you.

The Jacob sheep are lambing at the moment in the maternity field. Pop back after Easter to see the lambs in the nursery space, in Front Park.

Accessibility: The ground in the parkland is uneven and can be muddy. Good footwear is recommended. The route follows grassy and gravel paths, which may be a hard going in places for pushchairs and wheelchairs. The buggy which runs down the main drive, is run with the help of our volunteers and so is available on an ad-hoc basis.

The Wood Yard Café & Orangery Restaurant: Are open every day 9.30am - 5pm and offer takeaway drinks and snacks. The Tea Garden trailer will also be open during busy weekend times to help reduce queues. Outdoor seating is available around the parkland and in the Wood Yard.

The Servants' Hall Shop: Can be found when you walk through the Scullery and Victorian Kitchen. It's open every day 9.30am - 4.30pm and sells an electic range of ecofriendly and sustainble, lifestyle products.

The Avenue Plant Shop: Is located near the car park, next to Visitor Reception. It's open every day 9.30am - 4.30pm selling a wide variety of plants, gifts and garden equipment.
