What is it that makes Rugby National Trust Association  visits, lectures and support for local National Trust places so popular?

Our 350 members, a friendly group who enjoy each other's company are led by a very enthusiastic committee. We meet regularly in Dunchurch Village Hall for lectures by excellent speakers on a wide range of subjects as diverse as Ocean Liner Art and The secrets of Canons Ashby.

Our outings programme to stately homes and magnificent gardens, including country walks, always prove to be very popular.

Through our fundraising efforts, the Association has been able to support requests in 2016 to the tune of £11,650. We welcome new members and visitors and you can find out more at our Rugby National Trust website for regular updates.

Sharing unique experiences and finding out about the places you care about is what being part of a local NT Association is all about. From listening to expert talks and going on outings and relaxing holidays, you’ll be part of something amazing.

We hold speaker evenings at the Shakespeare Centre in Henley Street on the first Friday of each month from February to December at 7.30pm covering a wide range of subjects. There are coach outings to places of interest (such as Hampton Court and Sunnycroft last year) and other events such as our annual Spring Lunch too.

We have been established for 35 years and our members’ interests inspire our activities and fund-raising events. Call 01789 209931 to find out more or pop along to one of our meetings.

The Coventry Association has also generously funded five new wheelchairs for our less mobile visitors to borrow when they visit. They are more mobile on our gravel and can be self-propelled.
