Charlecote's Orangery restaurant
Every tea, coffee or slice of cake you enjoy in the Orangery helps us fund the conservation of all the things you love in the house and around the parkland and gardens.
Please note: The Orangery will be closed for a refresh between 20 and 24 May. The Wood Yard cafe will be open from 9am on these days.
The Orangery restaurant is open from 9am for breakfast and also offers hot meals. There's seating indoors and outside. No dogs please, except assistance dogs.
- Breakfast baps (bacon or sausage) served from 9am to 11.45am.
- Hot meals from midday until 2.30pm (3pm in school holidays).
- Soup, one pot, cakes and hot drinks available all day.
- Free Wi-Fi available.
Sweet or savoury, a mug of hot chocolate, a slice of Victoria sponge, a lovely cup of tea, or a delicious one-pot meal - what will make your day?
We use our own award-winning venison, lamb and honey in our recipes and seasonal ingredients like mulberries and apples from the parkland too. The National Trust scone blogger loves our scones.
We always have gluten-free and vegetarian options. Please ask for more information if you have dietary requirements.
You're always welcome to bring your own food for babies.
School holidays and sunny weekends
On busy sunny days and Bank Holidays we'll open the tea garden too, with outdoor seating, for snacks, hot drinks and scooped Bennetts ice-cream.
Busy days can lead to queues – you are always welcome to bring a picnic instead to enjoy at the benches by the river in the parkland all year round. Why not pop in to the Wood Yard café when you arrive and pick up everything you need for later?
Watch the wildlife and make the most of our beautiful scenery while you enjoy your sandwiches.
