Volunteering at Cliveden
Whether volunteering to meet new people, to develop a CV or simply give something back, our enthusiastic volunteer team play a vital role in looking after Cliveden and making sure all our visitors enjoy their day.
Cliveden estate relies on the kind people who offer there time in anyway they can to keep the 350 year old estate going. Here's a sample of the various roles volunteers are currently enjoying;
From raised beds to rose beds, the gardens at Cliveden are just as historic as the house itself and require just as much care and attention. This is a rare opportunity to work alongside a team of expert gardeners, such as the Head Gardener, who has been here for over 45 years.
Help deliver a variety of events at Cliveden. From crafting props to running the activity on the day, your participation will make for a fun and memorable day for hundres of families.
Meeting and Greeting Volunteering
If you have a knack for talking and helping new people, then joining the ‘meet and greet’ team at Cliveden is the place for you. You'll be providing a first-class welcome to all our visitors and making sure they have all the information they need to make the most out of their visit.
There are plently of other teams you could join at Cliveden. Think you could turn your hand to decorating with our maintenance team? Maybe you have a keen interest for history and would fit right in with our art hosts group. Or perhaps you have years of experience or specialist knowledge you would like to put to good use in our busy offices…
