Clouds Hill is open for pre-booked guided visits. Please
go to What's On click on ‘Book your tickets’ to select your tour dates to book your tickets.
Parking and when you arrive
Free visitor parking is available on site.
Members will need to present their membership card for scanning.
Your timed ticket allows an arrival window of 10 minutes for checking in. Please aim to arrive promptly to allow for a warm welcome to Clouds Hill. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your arrival slot then entry will be at the discretion of the property team.
Wet weather - to avoid congregation under the shelter of the Reception area, we
will may ask people to wait in their cars if it is raining.
A large portion of your visit will be spent outdoors. Please make sure to wear suitable clothing for the weather and to bring an umbrella if it is raining.
Parking is available for the duration of your visit, which should last around 1 hour.
If you’re showing any symptoms of coronavirus, or if you’ve been in contact with anyone that has the virus in the last 14 days, please don’t visit.
Facilities and access
Clouds Hill cottage is open to visitors for pre-booked, guided visits Please click on ‘Book your tickets’ to select your tour dates
The car park is open for visitors for the duration of their stay and is free of charge. (Please do not park on the side of George V Road or outside entrance gates, as it is a main thoroughfare for tanks and visibility needs to be maintained).
The hillside is open for visitors to explore. Please note, the hillside is uneven; suitable footwear for walking on steep terrain must be worn and care must be taken.
There is no café and no refreshment facilities. The nearest café is 3.5 miles away in the village of Moreton.

How to book
The safety of our staff, volunteers and visitors from the local community remains our priority and we urge you to book your visits in advance.
- Entry and parking is free for members, but please bring your membership card with you. Non-members will need to pay in advance.
- You'll need to choose an arrival time of the day you want to visit.
- There will be an introductory tour every half hour. The timeslot is for your arrival time for your tour.
- Bookings are for your use only and are not available for resale.
- We'll send your booking confirmation by email. Please make sure you fill in your correct email address when you book to ensure you receive your confirmation email.
