North Cottage is a 19th-century extension attached to an older farmhouse. The cottage benefits from outstanding views across the reed bed and beyond, and is the perfect place for a romantic getaway.

Wander down the gravel path that borders the other nearby holiday cottages and take in the scene from Middlebere Farm Hide, the best point from which to observe the upper reaches of Middlebere Lake.

Just a 20 minute drive from the cottage is Studland. This stunning headland is home to beautiful beaches, traditional pubs and some of the UK’s rarest reptile species. Also close by is the iconic ruin of Corfe Castle, just a 10 minute drive from here.

North Cottage is joined to Middlebere Farmhouse (sleeps six, dog friendly) and opposite The Bakehouse (sleeps two, dog friendly). Multiple cottages can be booked together for a group of up to 11 guests.
