What does nature mean to you? We’re inviting you to explore the beauty of the wild and wonderful places in our care for our upcoming 2021 National Trust Handbook photography competition.

In case you needed an excuse to take an early morning walk past a carpet of bluebells or camp out by the roaring coast, our theme for the 2021 Handbook photo competition is, ‘everyone needs nature’.

This year the competition will open for entries in spring and accepting photographs taken from September 2019 to August 2020, so your submissions can showcase all of nature’s spellbinding seasons at the places we care for. You don’t need professional kit or training – just a keen eye for a photo that tells a story of how nature makes you feel.

Watch this space and check back soon for more details on when and how to enter.
