Fun for families at Formby
Formby is a firm favourite with families looking for fun. And it's easy to see why. The beaches are huge and inviting, the dunes are exciting, the history is fascinating - and you can take your bike for a spin too!
50 Things to do before you're 11¾
We all know the importance of getting our family out and about to enjoy fresh air and make great memories. Come to Formby and tick off some not-to-be-missed experiences. Hunt for bugs (No. 31); fly a kite (No. 7); jump over waves (No. 20) and more.
Pick up a free 50 Things scrapbook from the entrance kiosk or trailer and join in the fun. There's also a 50 Things website for further exploration.

Bring along a picnic to enjoy in our picnic area or on the beach. A coffee cart and ice cream van are on site most days so why not enjoy a tasty treat while you're here?
