Queries about booking a visit
To avoid disappointment please book your visit in advance, especially at weekends and school holidays. The best way to do this is online. New tickets are released every Friday for the following week.
If you don't have access to the internet or have a specific booking need, our call centre advisers will be happy to help. Please note that our advisers will need to book your tickets through the same online booking system, so they won't be able to provide tickets to places that are fully booked. While we're working as quickly as possible there may be long wait times during busy periods, so please bear with us.
