Community Christmas Tree Festival

Experience one of Lacock Abbey's more recent Christmas traditions with over 20 Christmas trees, decorated by local community groups, schools and charities, in the atmospheric medieval cloister. Open daily from 30 November to 5 Jan (excluding 25 and 25 Dec and 1 Jan).

At Lacock, our traditions of a roaring fire and a beautifully decorated Christmas tree in the Great Hall have been going for a long time. Capture a Christmas memory in the birthplace of photography by striking a pose in front of our Great Hall Christmas tree. Thursdays to Sundays from 30 November to 5 January, 11.30am-3.30pm.

Christmas is coming to the Tudor courtyard at Lacock Abbey. Why not snap a photo in front of the giant Christmas tree or with Lacock's willow reindeer? Or warm up with a hot drink and a slice of cake in the Courtyard tea-room? On Thursdays and Fridays, you can even sing along to traditional Christmas carols with a pair of Victorian carol singers.
