Celebrate the arrival of autumn at Llanerchaeron with one of our seasonal events. Take in the golden autumnal colours on a walk around the woods, join in with our apple harvest and enjoy some Halloween family fun during the October half term. Whatever the weather, we’ll have something to keep the whole family entertained!

Farming and Rural Life Celebration

22 September 11am – 4.30pm

Celebrate the rich tradition and heritage of Farming and Rural Life with our Open Heritage Day. Delve into the history of farming and agriculture with exhibitions of vintage tractors and machinery, demonstrations of traditional techniques, local food and craft stalls and more. It's a free event and it's open to all!

Apple Festival

7 October 11am – 4pm

Celebrate the humble apple with a day of apple crunching, fruit growing advice and apple identification.  We’ll have talks from Gwynfor growers, garden tours with Tim our head gardener and plenty of local food and craft stalls. You’ll be set for the season with our apple festival.

October half term

27 October – 4 November

We’ll have spooky activities every day of the school holidays, with pumpkin carving, Halloween themed activities and a Dracula trail, we have something for the whole family to enjoy this half term!
