Do I need to book?

We recommend that you book on weekday mornings, bank holidays and during the school holidays to guarantee entry, pre-booking isn’t required on weekday afternoons. If we’re busy and you haven’t pre-booked, you may experience a slight delay before we’re able to let you in as we’re limited on numbers in each time slot.

Why is the date that I want to book for not showing?

Tickets are released every Friday for the following week, we’re sorry that we’re unable to accept advanced bookings.

Visiting the house

You are booking to visit the whole site which includes the house. Due to social distancing we are spacing people out as they visit the house, you may experience a short delay before entering the house.

Do I need to bring a face covering?

Yes please, it is still a requirement according to Welsh Government Regulations to wear face coverings in enclosed spaces in Wales.

Can I bring my dog?

We’re unable to allow dogs into the main site (which includes the house, gardens, farmyard and lake) you are welcome to walk them in the car park and adjoining woodland walks and have them with you in the café’s outdoor area. Assistance dogs are welcome on the main site.
