Explore autumn

With evenings drawing in there’s no better time to discover all the natural beauty around us. Step into autumn and follow our sensory trail through the garden to enjoy all highlights of this beautiful season.

Listen carefully; what sounds can you hear in the woodland? Search the tree canopy; how many autumn colours can you spot? Stamp your feet; can you feel the leaves crunching beneath you? Take a deep breath; what fragrant plants can you smell?

We’ve got a whole host of self-led family autumn activities to help you explore the changing seasons.
