Tasty treats for Christmas

While people are starting to think about what’ll be on their Christmas menu for the big day, we’ve already started getting into the festive spirit in the kitchens at Quarry Bank. New festive recipes we have for to enjoy this year include mulled wine, mince pies and Christmas cakes. Plus, we have classic favourites including hot chocolates and gingerbread men.

Weaving Shed Restaurant

You'll love our fresh and seasonal menu in the Weaving Shed Restaurant, where we keep food miles low and quality of dishes high. A lot of the herbs, fruit and vegetables are walked over from the Apprentice House garden too. Situated in the historic site of the original Weaving Shed, the newly extended and refurbished restaurant offers a range of hot meals, light lunches, snacks, cakes and bakes.

New Garden Cafe - coming soon!

We’re currently building a new Garden Café which we expect to be opening by May 2020. Our temporary café proved extremely popular, and now we’re working to make this permanent with a new and improved design. To make this happen, the café will be closed from 9 September-May 2020. Please visit our mini shop and café in the garden back sheds which will be open over the winter. *Please note that due to the building works, access via shuttle buggy to the upper garden will be limited to drop off and collection at the main garden gates, creating a slightly extended walk to reach the upper garden facilities. If you have access requirements, please call ahead for advice on access and daily changes.
