Eating and shopping at Trengwainton Garden

Interior of the shop at Trengwainton, Cornwall

Let Trengwainton Garden inspire you to find the perfect gift or holiday souvenir, and tempt you with some delicious food.

We’ve a great range of books, goodies from local suppliers and hats, maps, bags and bottles to kit you out for exploring Cornwall’s amazing coast and countryside.
With ample parking and a bus stop right outside our door, shopping here couldn’t be easier.

Going local

At Trengwainton we like to provide you with something a little different; we’ve jewellery from St Justin and Salt Water Beads and edible goodies from several of Cornwall's renowned food producers.

Plant sales

If our garden inspires you to make improvements to your own, stop at our plant sales area before you leave. Buy with confidence, knowing that all plants on sale here comply with our peat-free policy.

Children’s gifts

Younger visitors will be captivated by our range of children’s storybooks, activity books, toys and CDs. With some items at pocket money prices, there’s something for everyone.

An inspiring place to eat

The tearoom is set in its own walled garden and is outside the pay barrier, so can be visited separately from the garden. An independent business, Nicola and her enthusiastic team have won numerous awards for the quality of their food.
Light lunches can be enjoyed between 12-3pm and delicious homemade cakes outside of these times.
