Autumn at Tyntesfield

With the nights drawing in, Halloween round the corner, and a firework of colour crossing the estate, autumn is the perfect time to lace up your boots and take a step outside.

This article was written in 2019. Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, autumn 2020 may be a little different - please check back later in the year for details.

For everyone

Free trail maps in the ticket office will show you four different routes to see the best of Tyntesfield's seasonal colour.

Throughout the year, Tyntesfield's gardeners have carefully tended to 22 varieties of squash and pumpkin. The many weirdly shaped fruits will be on display in the Orangery throughout the autumn.
