Are you looking for your next adventure? Our volunteers at Bodnant Garden make a huge contribution to the vital work we do here, welcoming thousands of visitors from across the globe each year.

Current opportunities

The support and knowledge our volunteers provide each day is essential to our work. We have various volunteering opportunities available, so whether you’re bringing years of skill and knowledge with you, or you're simply keen to try something new, we’d love to meet you. 

There are many ways you can join the team here at Bodnant Garden. Whether you’d be offering a warm welcome to all our visitors or helping care for the historic garden, there is something for everyone.

What we ask of you

Our volunteers offer a warm welcome, ensuring visitors have an amazing experience. They make our visitors feel welcome and inspired, so they leave the garden feeling great and keen to come back and visit again soon. 

Our volunteers ensure visitors have an amazing experience in the garden at Bodnant – whether that’s providing a warm welcome, giving a guided tour, sorting and restocking books for the second-hand bookshop or working behind the scenes to fix benches and helping in the garden.  

Don’t worry if you don’t have an expert knowledge of gardening, there’s something for everyone. If you’re friendly, enjoy offering a warm welcome, have an interest in nature and love Bodnant Garden as much as we do, we’d love to hear from you. You can help us share the stories and be part of the team, so everyone can enjoy nature, beauty and history, for ever.
