Cool down with an ice cream and a cold drink, or sit back & relax over a coffee & delicious slice of cake or cream team in our Redwoods restaurant overlooking the Pinetum. Open daily 9:30am - 4.30pm (5.30pm in summer). Last orders 30 mins before closing.

A brief history of Anglesey Abbey 

Anglesey Abbey is not what it seems. It has no connection to the Isle of Anglesey, It's name is derived from the near by Hamlet of Anglehale. And it was never an Abbey - though it has been a Hospital and a Priory.
