Warming Winter Dishes
We have a very exciting new menu this January, including delicious Meatballs in a Ragu served with a Cous-Cous salad. Other dishes range from our famous Vegetable and Coconut Curry one-pot, served with a warm thick slice of white or harvest bloomer.
Our soup for January is fresh out of the winter cook book, a delicious spiced Lentil and Bacon soup, served with crusty white or brown bread, and to get you all in the winter holiday mood, a Greek favourite of ours, Vegetable Moussaka
Our cake selection consists of spiced Ginger and Orange, Chocolate and Beetroot, spiced Apple, classic Victoria Sponge and a Tea-infused fruit cake. We also have Flapjack, Chocolate Brownie and Shortbread, so why not pop in and enjoy a slice with a hot drink by our log fire.
We use as many ingredients as possible from our vegetable garden in our restaurant; from heart-warming soups to our sumptuous Sunday roasts, finished off with a bowl of warm seasonal fruit crumble with lashings of custard. Where possible, we source other produce locally to reduce our food mileage.
