Experience Design Project at Baddesley Clinton

A gardener at Baddesley in the greenhouse

In March 2020, plans to make significant changes to our visitor facilities were put on hold due to the pandemic. We’re delighted that we are now able to re-start these projects which will improve Baddesley’s infrastructure to meet the needs of existing and future visitors.

For the first phase of the project, a new greenhouse will be erected behind the restaurant as well as the removal of the old greenhouse from the behind the toilets.

The work will begin on Mon 31 Jan and will last around 9 weeks. Disruption to your visit will be minimal, but you may hear the works taking place and see pieces of machinery being moved around site.

Further projects, such as the renovations to our existing toilets and installing a new building to house further toilets, will begin later in the spring.

We are able to complete essential projects like this due to the support from your visits, memberships, and donations – thank you.
