Pick up a spook-takular trail and discover the hidden features of Belton, as we challenge your perspectives of this special place. £3 per trail, normal admission applies.
Take over day
Wed. 25 October, 9.30am - 5.30pm.
A team of young people will be taking over Belton as part of the ‘Kids in Museums National Takeover Day’. For the last seven weeks, these local teenagers have researched, designed and prepared activities which present the property in a new perspective. They'll be taking over the house, gardens and Discovery Centre and running a range of activities.
Family house tour
Thursday 26 October, 11am-12noon.
Discover the untold stories of Belton House with this special tour. Designed for families with children aged five years and over in mind. Spaces are limited, so pre-booking is required. To reserve your space, please email email@example.com.
Friday #50things challenge
Friday 27 October, 11am-4pm.
Join the play team in the Outdoor Adventure Playground as they challenge families to catch a falling leaf.
The Fools Puppet Theatre Show
Sat. 28 – Sun. 29 October, 10.30am - 3.30pm.
Enjoy a medley of drop-in puppet shows throughout the weekend.
Family fun in the Discovery Centre
Weekdays, 11am-4.30pm and weekends 12.30pm-4.30pm.
