Honey Fair

Honey bee feeding on a dahlia flower

Now in its sixth year the Honey Fair at Felbrigg is a free event celebrating bees and all things honey.

Wednesday 24th August 2016

11:00 - 17:00

Bees help sustain our ecosystem by pollinating most of the fruit, vegetables and crops that end up on our plates, and this is a great way to raise awareness of the plight of the honey bee - without them our environment could change dramatically.

There will be stalls selling bee and honey related produce and bee keeping equipment. with members of the West Norfolk & Kings Lynn Beekeepers Association on hand to chat to anyone interested in learning a little more about bees and why beekeeping is a fun hobby.  There will also be family fun with childrens activities so come along and enjoy the buzz.
Held outside on the grass area in front of the Stable Courtyard it is fully accessible for those using wheelchairs and with baby buggies.
As this is an outdoor event please wear clothing and footwear appropriate for the weather conditions.
