Summer in Felbrigg's Gardens

Walled Garden

With the borders bursting with colour, and bumblebees buzzing all around, summer is the perfect time of year to rediscover the Walled Garden at Felbrigg.

What to look out for this summer

Kitchen Garden

The Kitchen Garden always looks its best in the summer months – as everything is blooming and ready to be picked. Look out for items on the menu in the Squire’s Pantry produced with ingredients fresh from our gardens.

Pineapple Guava

These pretty little pink flowers are often missed in our Walled Garden – but in fact they are one of the first flowers you walk past. They are stunning flowers, with edible petals that taste surprisingly sweet.

We have recently had two gazebos built to fit in with the surrounding of the Walled Garden. Built by local blacksmith, Toby Winterbourn, if you get up close you can see the intricate leaf details inspired by Felbrigg.

There is something to see around every corner this summer, so why not stop and smell the flowers at Felbrigg?
