Yoga for beginners

A mindful, slow, and explorative class, to help you find balance and ease within the body. Focusing on connecting the breath to movement, through alignment based Hatha postures, some pranayama and relaxation. You will leave feeling calm, refreshed and ready to take on the day. We have 4 and 5 weekly monthly courses in February, March and April.
