The One Show’s sofa has been in Northern Ireland for a week of live programmes. The Big Causeway Crawl is the first time that the show has left the London studio for a week on the road.

Presenters Matt Baker and Alex Jones have journeyed along the famous Causeway Coastal Route making stops at Carrickfergus, Cushendall, Ballycastle and Portrush along the way. Friday's broadcast from the Giant's Causeway will be their last stop and promises to deliver a grand finale.

Films across the week have included The One Show presenter Angela Scanlon and Joe Lindsay travelling along the Causeway Coastal Route in Northern Ireland’s most iconic car - the DeLorean. Making detours to some better-known and some lesser-known stop off points they have discovered a World War Two connection at the Londonderry Arms Hotel in Carnlough; gone fairy hunting at Cushendall, and dropped in on Dunluce Castle and the Bushmills Distillery’s Cooperage.

Matt and Alex have also been joined by celebrity guests throughout the week including Dublin band The Script, country music star Nathan Carter and singer and actress Martine McCutcheon.

Content for Friday's show is being kept under wraps but we do know that Northern Ireland's Regional Director Heather McLachlan will be chatting to one of the presenters and sharing the National Trust message to an audience of millions!

Don't forget to tune in at 7pm on Friday 11 August.
