Volunteering in the English Riviera

National Trust Rangers tackling scrub

Our volunteers help bring our places to life. Whether you want to improve your CV, meet new people, or want to give something back and help people connect with the special places you care about, we'd love to have a chat with you about joining our friendly and dedicated teams across the English Riviera Portfolio.

What can I do?

Our opportunities are varied and flexible from volunteering every week or for a shorter period of time for an event or project. You could help to raise funds via our commercial outlets and fundraising, welcome our visitors to ensure they make the most of their visit, or be actively involved in our conservation work on the estate or inside our historic properties. Our portfolio includes Bradley Manor, Compton Castle, Coleton Fishacre, Greenway House and 3,000 acres of coast and countryside across the beautiful English Riviera.

What to expect when you join

We’ll make sure you are given all the information that you need to feel supported in your role with induction and training. We also offer opportunities to relax, get to know each other, connect with our teams and enjoy our special places.
