Mindful Meditation at Gunby
Find inner peace in the Gunby gardens with 'Mindful Meditation' sessions. It's is a great way to increase focus, decrease stress, and stimulate your creativity. The session are led by Jenny Tipping, who is a Human Givens Therapist.
The gardens at Gunby Hall are the perfect setting for experiencing a Mindful Meditation. A time and place where you can set aside the everyday demands and responsibilities and allow yourself the luxury of sitting comfortably, with your eyes softly closed, while you listen to a soothing voice, which can help you get absorbed, relaxed and focused. The meditation will take one hour. There will be comfortable seating available.
