Easter adventures in nature trail  

Discover your local family-friendly trail around the beautiful grounds at Hinton Ampner with fun activities to do along the way. Complete the trail and earn your chocolate reward at the end. Our Easter trail runs from 9 - 24 April 2022, from 10am to 5pm.  The trail takes place outside so please dress appropriately for the weather and arrive in plenty of time to complete the trail before we close. £3.00 per trail pack, normal admission applies.

Follow the red way markers for the Stewkeley walk

Hinton Ampner Stewkeley walk

This short walk takes you across the Hinton Ampner estate towards the village of Kilmeston before looping back to the entry of our estate. This moderately strenuous walk is perfect for walkers of any age and skill level. It is just under two miles and takes approximately an hour to complete.

Baby-changing facilities are located in ladies toilets and access toilets by the mansion in the courtyard Disabled toilets are located in the courtyard by the mansion. Pushchairs admitted around the grounds and in the cafe, although not in the house due to space restrictions.
