Join our knowledgeable parkland guides on a free walk to find out more about the landscape, history and wildlife of the historic parkland. Every Tuesday and Thursday. Sundays from May to end of September.

Killerton's volunteer parkland guides lead 1.45 hour walks taking in the history, landscape design, wildlife and the conservation work that goes into keep the park special forever, for everyone.

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11.15am April - end October

Sundays at 11.15am May - end September

There's no need to book, just come through visitor reception and meet outside the Stable Block where the parkland guides will be waiting for you.

Important information

  • Proper footwear is required as there can be muddy paths and some steep sections.
  • Dogs on leads are welcome to join the walks.
  • Walks could be cancelled due to poor weather or extreme conditions. If in doubt please call ahead for more information.
  • You can even hire a tramper and join a walk (May-September, accompanied users).
