What?
She Trains Tri is a weekend programme at Stackpole for women who want to develop and enhance their skills in triathlon disciplines. You can find the full detail of the training programme at the bottom of this page.
When?
Friday 26th- Sunday 28th June 2020
Where?
The weekend will take place at the 2000-acre National Trust Stackpole Estate, near Pembroke in Pembrokeshire.
The estate boasts 35km of paths that radiate from the Stackpole Centre. The beaches of Barafundle Bay and Broad haven South are within walking distance of Stackpole Estate
The Ironman Wales Cycle route goes past the entrance of the estate.

Accommodation
The event will be based at the National Trust Stackpole Centre.
This is a 148-bed facility with several group houses, holiday cottages and theatre & meeting rooms.
The accommodation for this course will be Swan House and Shearwater House. Swan has 13 ensuite bedrooms, sleeping up to 24 persons. Shearwater House sleeps 17 in 7 bedrooms. Rooms can be booked on a single or shared basis.
Each group house has its own social space and outside area.
Bedding is provided, but we recommend you bring personal towels.
The talks and some of the workshops will take place in the theatre area.
Catering
The fee for the weekend includes food and beverage provided by the National Trust catering team, including breakfasts, lunches and evening meals. On Friday evening there will be a welcome buffet, whilst on Saturday an evening BBQ will be provided.
Allergies and dietary requirements must be advised at time of booking.
We cater for vegan and vegetarian diets.
