At Stackpole, it’s all about letting the outdoors move you. Our sporting offer is designed to help you stay fit and active… all whilst taking in the awe-inspiring scenery, of course!

Stackpole Striders

We have loads of sporting activities for you to enjoy at Stackpole. Our Stackpole Striders sessions include everything from beach circuits and yoga to a weekly fun run and summer family fitness club.

Take a look at our programme of activities below, you don't need to book in advance for our regular sports sessions just drop by on the day or evening for epic outdoor exercise.

Don't forget that all of our sessions are great training for our Barafundle Bay Trailathlon, our flagship event which will take place this year on Sunday 14 October. Stackpole Striders: Fun run

Run, jog, walk and breathe in the beautiful scenery on the Stackpole Estate. Our free fun run takes place every Sunday from 9am at Stackpole Quay.

Stretch, breathe, relax and reconnect with nature with our weekly yoga sessions at Stackpole Court. Led by instructor Alice Archer, the sessions take place every Thursday from 6pm until 23 August.

Stackpole Striders: Family fun and fitness

Run, jump, play and keep the family active over the summer holidays with our fun and fitness sessions. Activities will take place every Wednesday from 2pm between 25 July and 29 August.
