Festive carols and wildlife ramble on Brownsea Island

Escape the holiday hustle and bustle and experience the magic of the island at this special time of year.

Following the success of last year,  Brownsea will once again be opening its doors to the public in the week leading up to Christmas.  Enjoy a boat ride across the harbour from Sandbanks to Brownsea, where you will be met by one of our expert guides who will lead you on a nature walk.

Afterwards, join Janet in the church for some Christmas carols followed by minced pies, mulled wine or hot ribena.  This event is open to all and we hope that it will get you in the Christmas cheer, letting you escape the Christmas hustle and bustle, for at least a morning.

Boats leave Sandbanks at 10am and return at 1pm.  Tickets cost £25 adult, £12.50 per child and include the boat ride, walk and refreshments.  Spaces are limited so early booking is advised.

Please be aware that boats may be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions.
