Boots on, binoculars at the ready, it’s time for a real family adventure.

You can try your hand at a brand new sport on Try It Out Tuesday. From badminton to target shooting there'll be a different activity each week. Or you can have a day with the Dinefwr Park Rangers as Wild Wednesdays allow active kids to hunt for bugs and hold a scary beast before looking for fossils and bones.

Dinefwr has big hills to roll down, plenty of grass to make grass trumpets, ponds an waterfalls to play pooh sticks and a whole host of wildlife to track through the woodland.

Tractor Trailer Tours allow you to learn more about Dinefwr's resident animals, the rare White Park Cattle and Fallow Deer.

From wildlife watching to heritage hunting, head to the atmospheric Newton House and uncover the secrets of the historic buildiing. House tours run daily and they're a great way of delving into Dinefwr's past.

You can relive the family history this summer by playing traditional games inside NewtonHouse. The 17th century manor house is dressed as it would've been in the Edwardian period and you're encouraged to play the grand piano and croquet on the lawn.
