Where can I meet Father Christmas in Wales?

Powis Castle, near Welshpool 

Bring your family along and meet Father Christmas in the spectacular setting of Powis Castle. Father Christmas will be in his magical grotto every Saturday and Sunday from 1 to 23 December. If you can’t make it during the day, you can also join him for breakfast every Saturday and Sunday from 24 November to 16 December (booking essential).

Fire young imaginations and join Father Christmas for breakfast and supper throughout December in the Hayloft Restaurant (booking essential). Or meet Father Christmas in the elves' workshop every weekend in December where he’ll be waiting for a gift from you. Father Christmas would like you to bring a gift for the Wrexham Food Bank and help the less fortunate this Christmas time.

Come and meet Mr and Mrs Clause on 14 and 21 of December at Aberdulais. Wrap up warm and take a candlelit walk to the waterfall and see this truly special place at night. Dinefwr, Carmarthenshire  

Come and see Father Christmas at Dinefwr’s Traditional Christmas Fayre on 24 and 25 of November. He'll be in his magical grotto in the basement of Newton House awaiting all the well behaved children. Or join the rangers every Saturday in December as they feed the deer in the parkland.

Father Christmas will be stopping by the Llanerchaeron Christmas fair on 1 and 2 of December and he’ll have a small gift for every child he meets. There will be over 70 local food and craft stalls and the house will be beautifully decorated.

Escape the high-street crowds and join Plas yn Rhiw’s traditional Christmas weekend between 1 and 2 of December. At midday families will break out into traditional song calling out for Father Christmas. As he walks down the hill, follow him into the garden and help him decorate the Wish Tree. There will be an opportunity to meet him in the Kitchen where he’ll be waiting with a gift for all well behaved children.
