Festival of Food and Drink 2019
This year’s Festival of Food and Drink, held for the seventh year at Clumber Park on Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 September, is once again preparing a tasty menu of guest chefs, live demonstrations and fantastic food and drink to try and buy.
MasterChef: The Professionals 2018 winner Laurence Henry makes his Cookery Theatre debut on the Saturday but is no stranger to the area, living in Nottingham and having worked for the Michelin starred Restaurant Sat Bains as Sous Chef.
Laurence is joined by Vegan chef Brett Cobley, better known as the EpiVegan, who also appears at the Festival for the first time. EpiVegan started life as an Instagram page back in 2016 and grew into a blog, a YouTube channel and then Brett’s first cook book What Vegans Eat.
Laurence and Brett will be joined on Sunday by Rachel Green, the award-winning chef, local food campaigner, food stylist, TV presenter and author who is making a welcome return to Clumber Park.
