Access for all

Carers can continue to access our places for free with the person they are caring for. Carers don't need to book a ticket for themselves, but the person they accompany will need a booked ticket.

Our accessable entrance at Westgate remains closed but if you'd like to organise level access you can give us a call on (01765) 608888 after making your booking and we'll arrange this for you. Mobility scooters can also be booked on this number.

I haven't got a ticket and the sale has ended. Can I still visit today?

On quieter days we might have availability for visitors who haven't booked a visit. Please don't arrive here without checking first though. You'll need to give us a call to see if we have spaces on (01765) 608888.

Can I book a ticket to just use the carparks so I can visit the deer park?

We don't offer a parking only ticket. The Studley deer-park car park can't be booked in advance and is first-come-first-served.

I'd like to book further in advance. Am I able to do this?

We’re only able to offer tickets a week in advance for the moment. We’re closely following government guidance on opening which can change at short notice. We’ve already increased our capacity and made more tickets available to allow people to safely visit.
